I'm Andre. I lead data science and AI work in rare disease research, building platforms that improve outcomes for patients and families. My expertise spans clinical data science, bioinformatics, and healthcare AI. I lead with a servant mindset, putting people over positions and listening over telling.
My leadership path has gone from grassroots community organizing to leading organizational initiatives. Both taught me that the best work comes from diverse perspectives and lifting others up. I'm the proud son of two Mexican immigrants, a community builder with Neighborhood Soccer, and someone committed to growing in faith.
